Track your order
Soon after purshase, you will receive a tracking number generated by the swedish postal service Post Nord. Your unique tracking code will like this: "RR*********SE" with * beeing unique numbers connected to your order. You can use the tracking platform www.ordertracker.com to follow your order.
Customs and fees
Geltier Watch Company does not add any additional fees to your order. Shipping and handling is free of charge from Sweden to destined country and included in the price. However, some countries may charge import tax / fee or administrational fees on incoming products. Those fees are out of our control and we do not cover national added fees or taxes added by a countries custom told, tax-agency, local postal offices or likewise authorities.
Returns and changes
Buy from us with confidence. We offer a 30 day open purchase on all our watches, so that you may test it. Note, that in order apply for a return, the product must be in new condition with all tags and covers sealed. For further details please read Terms & Conditions.
