Two-Year International Warranty

Every Geltier watch is covered by a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies worldwide and is provided in addition to any consumer rights that may apply under local law.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the watch under normal use.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by exposing the watch to conditions beyond its stated specifications, including water exposure exceeding its water-resistance rating.

How It Works

If you believe your watch has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact our support team and describe the issue in as much detail as possible. We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us assess the problem.

If necessary, we will provide instructions for sending the watch to us for inspection.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will first attempt to repair the watch. If repair is not possible, the watch may be replaced.

Proof of Purchase

Please keep your order confirmation, receipt or other proof of purchase, as this may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

Your Consumer Rights

This warranty does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in the country where the watch was purchased.

For customers in the European Union, consumer goods are protected by a minimum two-year legal guarantee, while some countries provide additional protection.
