ORDER & SHIPPING
Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Simply add the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, fill in your personal information, and enter your payment details.
We offer free global shipping.
We work to fulfill our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order within one business day after it is submitted. The delivery time within Europe is 2-3 days, and for the rest of the world, it is 5-7 days.
Every watch comes in an original Geltier watch box. The box is wrapped in bubble plastics and then in inserted into an outer shelling postal box, to achieve good protection against possible external impacts during shipping and handling.
RETURN & WARRANTY
We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can work with you to correct the issue.
Once we receive your email requesting the return, we will email you instructions about how to pack and ship your item. Please note that the processing of your return after it reaches our warehouse may take up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email that yourparcel reached us and is approved for the refund.
Only after following a rigourous quality control do we send out each of our watches and straps. However, if something is wrong with it, send us an e-mail with a photo and a description of the problem. We’ll resolve the issue in an uncomplicated manner that makes everyone happy.
Your Geltier watch is warranted for two years from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
For warranty repairs, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via support@geltier.com. In your email, please specify your name and order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue.

Please read Warranty page and Terms & Condition for full information. In short, warranty does not cover damage inflicted by misusage of the bearer or normal wear that is expected on some parts of the watch such as scratches of case and strap.
PAYMENT
If your card was declined, it is usually due to two reasons:
1. Your card did not have enough funds available.
2. Your card is blocked for purchases outside your country or region. You need to contact your bank to resolve this.
The best way to process a purchase if your card got denied is to simply use PayPal.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
